Enrolling and Registering
Q: How do I register?
On the Hogwarts Unlimited Homepage, just click on register. On the boards, click on register at the top menu bar. Just fill in the application with a sign-in name, your valid e-mail address and say that you agree to the proboards TOS (Terms of Service). You should be sent an e-mail with your password.
Q: How and where do I Enroll my character?
Just click on the Enroll link on the Homepage and copy and paste the application. Fill ir out and send it to hogwarts_unlimited_rpg@yahoo.com or to the site admin. (for a quicker response, send it to the e-mail account.
Q: How do I become site staff?
You can request to be Graphics Manager by e-mailing us with your request and some sample work with banners, avatars, siggys, etc... And other works. Admins and Mods will be chosen by the sites main admin.
Q: Can I be staff and a character?
Yes, you can be both. People will know that your a Staff by your title that the Admin will give you. You will also be added to the Staffs Page on the Homepage.
Q: How do I become Head Boy/Girl?
The postition of Head Boy/Girl will be made by the main admin. You can request to be it, but it will only add you to the list of people wanting to be it. It will not automatically give you that postition. It is given to those who can take the responsiility.

Q: What is a thread and how do I make one?

House Points and Galleons
Q: How do I earn points?
There are many ways you can earn points for your house. You earn a point for your house by getting enrolled into that house, and recruiting members to the site, but they must stay active. You can earn points be doing homework, but you dont get points off for not doing it, it's a win win situation.
Q: What happens when the year ends?
At the end of there year when all the points have been added together, there will be a site announcement telling which house has won the house cup. That house will have this site re-decorated with its house colors and such.
Q: How do I earn Galleons
Everyone starts out with 500 galleons. From there, you can either earn money by getting a job, or by other members giving you money. You can also make money if your one of the lucky random people who the admin happen to post on your thread that you found money lying around. You can also participate in site contests such as the poetry contest, the Fan Art contest, and the Fan Fiction contest. Winning any of the contests will give you 200 house points and 75 galleons. So get creative!
Q: How does the Gringotts bank work?
The admin keeps track of the Gringotts bank. The admin automatically adds your paycheck if you have a job. If you are giving money away, all you have to do is post in the recievers or your own account that you are giving a number of galleons to a certain person. The givier is the only one that can say that they are giving the money.

Affiliating and Advertising
Q: Can I advertise?
The only advertising that you are allowed to do on the boards is affiliating with this site. So, fill out that application...
Q: Can I give you more than one site to affiliate?
Yes you may, but you must put the sites button on All the sites that this forum puts up.
Q: Do you affiliate with non-Harry Potter sites?
Yes we do, as long as the site is appropriate, then it is a right for this forum to affiliate with you. As long as the site button is in a place where people can see it clearly, then, yes.
